By creating an account or using LedgerPilot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
LedgerPilot provides invoicing, expense tracking, reporting, and AI-assisted bookkeeping tools. Features and plans may change over time.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login, and for all activity under your account.
The Free plan includes a limited number of invoices per month. The Pro plan is billed monthly or yearly via Stripe and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
Online invoice payments are processed by Stripe. You are responsible for completing Stripe's verification and for complying with Stripe's terms. We are not a party to transactions between you and your clients.
Important: Tax estimates, reports, and AI assistant responses are provided for informational purposes only and are not professional tax, legal, or financial advice. Always confirm with a qualified professional before making decisions.
You agree not to misuse the service, upload unlawful content, attempt to breach security, or use it to violate any applicable law.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LedgerPilot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
